    I wonder if anyone else is having this issue. Mind, that the first time it happened I changed my password and still having this issue. Accounts/people are being added to my following list when I didn't add them. This happens throughout the day. I have to "unadd" them so I don't get their tweets. Anyone else facing this issue?

    It's probably being done by an app that you gave permission to allow to add to your followers, check here and revoke it's access....
