    Get it while it's hot!

It allows users to pay for items through the device! NFC baby!

Can add cards and merge funds in cards!

    Tim Hortons TimmyMe BB10 App!

    TimmyMe™ - BlackBerry World

I can't wait to stand in the Tim Hortons line at school and watch the iPhone users faces, my friends included!

If you put in your Tims card information in this app do you still have to open up the app to pay? Or just touch your phone to the machine having the app closed? Obviously having NFC turned on.

    Cheers

You have to open the app and hit the pay now button. You have the option to add a pin as well.

lol as bad as everyone makes Tim Hortons coffee to be, at least they support BB10 by creating a fully native app.

unlike the other big green douchy coffee company we know.

Exactly plus I love Tim Hortons coffee and hate Starbucks (all marketing image)

On a side note is there any other apps that allow you to pay with NFC.. any Canadian banking apps that allow you to use NFC to pay?

I am not a fan of Timmies but I am going to try this out! What is the limit on NFC payments? For work the bill is often $60. Would I still be able to pay with NFC or is it for smaller transactions?

I doubt that $60 will be allowed.

I know that $25 is a max for Mastercard paypass.

I just used the NFC payment and works great!

This app does turn ON NFC when you try to pay, the only thing I would improve is the option to automatically turn it OFF after you pay, this is a battery draining feature that I normally have OFF as it is rarely used but it's kind of a pain to have to go to settings after you pay to switch it OFF...

Other than that, love it! Don't go to timys often but it's so nice to see Canadian companies support each other! That's the way to go!!!

I know I need to be connected to the internet when I add my account and sign up, but do I need to be connected to the internet when I am paying using NFC?
I don't have data on my BlackBerry.

No, nfc doesn't require data. I imagine to update your balance you may need to connect though.

Why do you need an app to find them they are everywhere, every block. Inside Walmart heck there's probably a tims inside a tims incase you missed it.
As others have said too bad the coffee tastes burnt. Long live bridgehead! Otown peeps know what I'm talking about.
