    Hi everyone,

We noticed many people have downloaded our app! Many thanks. It has a lot of features, so we thought it might be helpful to provide some tips to help you get the most enjoyment from the app.

Tip #1: Create a playlist from any folder in your music directory (either on your device or on SD card). Just select that option from the playlist menu. We've attached a screen shot.

Tip #2: In addition to enjoying your favorite music, appeal to your visual senses with new and fresh dynamic art sourced from the most interesting daily Flickr collection. Turn-on "Flickr background images" via the options menu. We also attached a couple of screen shots

    Hi everyone,

Adding to the list of tips to help users get the most out of Think-4-U :-) ..

Tip #3: Enjoy both your audio music files AND your music videos. Just put your music videos in the music directory (either on the device or SD card). Your music videos will be available in your song collection. And as you play the music videos, Think-4-U will also include those songs in it's learning of your preferences and in the creation of the personalized smart mix playlists.

    We've included a screenshot of a music video :-)

Also, just for fun, we've also included another screenshot of a pretty cool dynamic image from Flickr (see tip #2).

    Does this support lrc lyrics?

If yes, do we upload the lrc lyrics with the same name as the mp3 file but with .lrc extension, and to the same folder as the music file?

Or how will this be supported? Like a special folder for all lrc lyrics?

@Vince97: .lrc extensions are not yet supported. The approach that you mentioned of to recognize the same name as the mp3 but with .lrc would work well. We will consider this feature for the next update.

@kraidx: think-4-u searches in the music directory (both on device and on the SD card). If you select the playlist button, there is an option to load from folders. It will give you a list of the sub-folders in your music directory. Hope that helps.

So what is the current Lyrics support? MP3 ID3 metadata?

    Thanks

@vince97: Yes, that is right. We parse the MP3 ID3 metadata and extract that information if that is available. A good tool to add that information if it is not there is mp3tag. It takes a few minutes to figure the tool out, but once you do, it is really easy :-)

    Hi everyone,

Here's a couple more tips that may be useful:

Tip #4. Enable music short-cuts to advance to next song with long press on physical volume keys. By doing this, you can advance to the next song when the phone is on stand-by or is password locked. This provides an easier way to train think-4-u on your music preferences as it provides a short-cut key to skip songs you don't really like.

Go to BB10 Settings->Main Volume->Music Shortcuts (see attached screenshot)

Tip #5: Associate a custom image for each of your playlists. If you see a cool Flickr image you like, you can save it and name it to the same name as a playlist. When you load up that playlist, that image will appear.

Go to General Options->Save background image. Enter name.

Alternatively, you can pick an image (in PNG format) you like that you downloaded from other sources and add that to the music folder with the same name as the playlist.

    Support synchronized lyrics?

    Support synchronized lyrics?
@vince97: The current support is extracts the entire lyrics from the metadata information in the MP3 ID3 and displays the entire song lyrics at once.

I like the app (playbook version), but I'm having trouble saving playlists. I can do library search for songs I want but it doesn't save the list after I press 'okay'.
    What am I doing wrong?
