    Solid app!

I don't have a video with subtitle on my phone right now but can it read subs?

I want to replace Kalemsoft but it's the only one that can play subtitle and other video formats like mkv.

Subtitles is on the list, I just need to figure out how to do it first.

Paul, it would be great if you could add a web radio search function based on the shoutcast directory to your app. Makes it easier to add new stations.

I just realized that unlike Kalemsoft, this app can't open all video formats like the one encoded as 264(?).

I think if the native video app can't open the video this app can't too right? Can it be implemented in a way that it can open more formats?

Really great app. With loads of useful features.

Just needs more codecs to play different formats

Just noticed a bug: the app can't open audio/video files with special characters in the name of the file (i.e. #). When I delete the special character the app plays the file. The default audio/video player has no problems to play these files.

    Hi,

Yes I know about this, I'm not sure how to fix it myself; it seems like a limitation of the BB10 Media Component.

I'll get back above regarding the codecs, I'm at work

The App doesn't support playlists.. so it's not even possible.
Unless some clever git can shows me how to implement playlists.

There must be millions of bits of code on Github?
Sadly BB10 is not the same as regular Qt which was rather easy

If anyone has a clue, feel free to point me in the right direction

Any idea when US stations will be implemented?
    Loving the internet raido feature.
Also is it possible to select a folder to play?
Not sure what you mean in above post about playlist.

Maybe a couple of weeks for US stations, I've been a little busy with 1.30, they are harder to get hold of than the European stations.

By Playlist, you will be able to select a list of media to play instead of needing to select a file everytime one finishes, you can play Audio And video files in the Playlist too.

Just integrate the shoutcast directory with thousands of radio stations.
