I used Snap2Chat on my Q10 forever with virtually no issues.
I wanted a snapchat client on my passport as I grew a liking to it. I even purchased the pro version.

Ever since, it has been plagued with snaps not sending, random crashed, snaps being stuck in "sent" mode, videos not loading, stories not loading(fixed for the most part now).

For a paid app, it was working well, switched to the passport and it tanked. Disappointed at the moment.

You should probably check out that thread. There's been some updates since the days of snap2chat.

So did you even enabled permissions for this app to work? have you tried uninstalling, restarting phone?
