Hey, I got the same exact canned response.

On the other hand Soundhound responded saying they are working on it with no hard release date as of now. I've always used Shazam, but if Soundhound comes out first, looks like thats what I'll be using.

Not using SoundHound sideloaded. The one time I tried, it never worked.

Just hoping that SoundHound is out prior to shazam as I enjoy SH more.

My favorite part is that it doesn't wait for a certain about of time to elapse before recognizing the song like shazam did. If shazam has changed, that's how long it's been since I've used it. If SoundHound recognizes it within 3 seconds, it shows it.

Important when catching the end of a song.

Is it really so hard to give release dates and to work within time frames for these companies? Tired of waiting for Skype et al. If their commitment to the PlayBook is anything to go by, we may never see it. 3 months down the line and we are still hearing the "Coming Soon" bit. So are aliens, the apocalypse and the second coming of christ...love my Z10, but this is just weak on all parties involved.

Soundhound is making a BB10 App. Here is the response I got from them.

Ask these people on these sites, they are the only ones that can do something. No one on crackberry can really tell you anything but say it's coming soon
