Sending texts to many people: need app suggestions

I'm looking for an app that will allow me to send a text message (SMS) to about 300 people.

I'm not interested in emailing them. So please don't suggest email or something like WhatsApp.

If the app can schedule texts for certain dates and times, that would be a proper bonus.

Any ideas?

remind 101?

i don't think any carriers allow sending sms to that many recipients without a service like remind 101

Is that an American thing? Never heard of Remind101 in UK.
