    I agree. I was having a problem and they replied instantly. Fastest I found was on their BBM Channel.

    I deleted it and reinstalled Sayit nothing.
    Turned off permission and reboot nothing.
    Left permission on and reboot nothing.
    Did the above multiple times. Nothing.
    I had to delete Sayit because it started invading other apps I was using forcing the to close. Before the apps closed Sayit pop's up on header and displays: I don't know how to answer. Then closes the app and send me a notification.
    I have emailed developer about the problem and haven't heard back from them yet.

    Same issue here. App has stopped working. All I get is "I Don't Know".

    That said I rarely use it. It's completely useless to me.

    I wish it would have a talk to text, BBM and email feature then I would find a use for it as Blackberry's voice recognition is just brutal.

    I ask� What is the time in China?
    The response is always� �Hi!�
    But, if I say� What time is it in China?
    It provides the correct answer for Beijing, China.
    The same for any major city I ask about.
    It seems to only recognize a certain way to phrase questions.
    I personally don't think there is much difference there.

    Now SayIt has become a smart a$$!!
    I ask� How do you know this?
    It says� �Why do you want to know?�
    I swear! try it yourself and see.....

    Just in case anyone else has this problem;


    I was having a problem with it opening every time I accidentally touched the mute button, it was always coming on. I turned of background permission in app settings and it was still happening. I emailed the developer and he said to to to Application permissions and also turn it off in there, so there are two spots to turn off background permissions. They were quick to respond and fixed my issue.

    I also had problems with it not understanding me. I went to the command list at the bottom menu and restoring phrased what u was saying and it help some.

    I could be, but I don't think so according to your other post.....
    The latest version 3.2.0.100 for full touch devices and 3.2.0.200 for the Q10/Q5 is now available on BBWorld. This version will fix all the issues

    I think I would love it more if the app was pre-programmed to say a specific phrase when the user questions the app itself or how it receives it's results.
    Maybe something like...
    "I know because BKU programmed me to know these things"
    Or...
    "Because SayIt has the ability built in to produce the results you asked for"

    Instead of "I don't understand you", "Hi", or "How are you", etc...
    It kinda seems like a standard automated support email reply of "Did you restart your device?"

    Not talking down the app, just thinking about a better response when the actual true response cannot be found......
