You can do it with the current version of SayIt. Just set translation language to Italian in the "Translate to" section. In the settings section if SayIt, set the voice recognition language to "English"

So when I speak English it would translate to Italian and if they answer in german it Will translate to English? Without me changing a setting to german?

I was under the impression that I had to set the language coming in and the language I want it translated to.

Ultimately what I want to set translate to English and have the app automatically identify the other language coming in.

    Never mind.
This whole time I have never noticed that in the input language in translate there is an auto option.

This app rules so so much

Thanks for the update. You are so connected to your clients. Great job. That is a big factor for your success.

Just one question. When the app is opened I noticed you added the ability to personalize it. Is it possible for the app to speak the greeting? Actually speak 'good morning "xyz'?

    Thanks

Hello - I am having trouble with the app. It was working fine but now when I tap the icon to speak it says listening, i say my command and tap the icon to stop but it just says listening ........ but never responds. I am on Verizon on 10.0 as they have not updated to 10.1 yet. I can type a command in using the "input command" icon and it works fine but it will not "hear" my voice commands. I have uninstalled and reinstalled so I am not sure what is going on - ADVICE PLEASE and Thanks

I have exactly the same issue with my Verizon Z10 using the official OS. (10.0.9.422/10.0.9.2743)

Worse, once I use SayIt, I can no longer use the native voice command system because it prevents it from "listening" until I reboot the device.

I am hoping a 10.1 update from VZW will fix this. Rumor says it will arrive within a few days.

Can you make SayIt monitor my hub and read incoming messages?
    Say message from (sender).
I say read or ignore if I do or don't want to hear the message.
Then I could Say reply, delete or thanks to end it.

I would have this app running all the time if it did this. I would even pay for an upgrade.

Would be great to actually set an appointment and not just open the calendar. "Command=Schedule: Meet with Brian tomorrow at 2:00 pm" etc. Same thing for Remember tasks.

I just want to reiterate that you should enable sayit to integrate with contacts so that one can say 'call, text, bbm, email X contact'

I know native voice already does this.

I will post up an old thread in a minute, where you can see that I am a supporter, but MANY People were complaining about sayit not having this ability.

Hope you will work on it

Followed the one with the pin that you posted above. Hope the other one's not an impostor channel.

Totally agree with this. I thought it already did this so today I spend 5 minutes trying to it to call or send a text!
