We have just dropped the price of Money Plus to $0.99 (reg $2.99) and announced here first!

The app goes back to regular price on Monday (Sept 16).

NOTE: It mat take up to 24 hours for the price change to reflect in BB World. If you are buying now and still seeing $2.99 hit purchase and put your BlackBerry ID password - the price should update just before final confirmation page. If it does not keep trying.

About Money Plus:

Money Plus is an expense tracking and financial management application designed exclusively for the BlackBerry� platform. It allows you to quickly capture and categorize transaction details. Transactions can be assigned to unlimited number of cash, credit card or banking accounts and unlimited number of categories. Accounts can be assigned to different currencies. The easy to use interface allows you to filter transactions based on selected account or category and view monthly spending reports including category spending charts. To help with statement reconciliation transactions can be tagged as cleared and filtered by status from the transaction list. All data is stored locally on the device and never sent or transmitted to external server, however it can be backed up for off-device storage if desired. Optionally a password can be set which will be required every time application is launched.

Thats awesome, except this part:

If you are PC user of software such as Quicken, QuickBooks, Microsoft Money, iCash or web based products such as Mint then you will find Money Plus for BlackBerry PlayBook a perfect match.
PLEASE NOTE: Money Plus does not import / export data from these programs nor allow you do download transactions from your bank.

We should at the very least be able to import to and export from an excel file. Or csv file.
