I am wanting to start running and had a look at the C25K apps. Any recommendations? I don't mind paying for one if it is a good one.

Does it have the programme to start running? I used to have a podcast that said when to walk and when to run. Can't sort out podcasts on my Q10 so not sure how to get it. Am I making sense??

Hi Helen,

If you're still looking for a C25K app, I have one I think is good (because I made it!). It's called Couch 2AnyK Pro and it's available in BlackBerry World for the Z10 and Q10. It has the full 9 week Couch to 5K program, with chimes to tell you when to run and when to walk. I also have a big update for it which should be available soon to help with tracking progress.
