    Hy guys!

    I am using RSS Savvy v1.3.4 on a Z10 running os 10.2
    When i try to add the following feeds
    ZF
    Hotnews.ro
    The app is telling me that there is no rss information on those pages. I have also tryied to add a .xml at the end but still no luck. Also these RSS links used to work with Social Feeds on my 9800

    Although these do not work i managed to add

    Can you please tell me if there is a workaround to add the RSS links that do not work? And do you know the reason why some RSS links do not work?

    Hi Paul,

    A lot of websites strip out RSS information when they detect that the request is coming from a mobile device. Those 2 sites you are having problems with are doing that.

    The paid version of RSS Savvy (FeedMinder) masks the origin (a.k.a. the useragent) to get around this both when scanning html pages and when requesting the RSS feeds. So both these feeds work fine on FeedMinder.

    So I guess you can either upgrade or wait until I push a new version of RSS Savvy out - but they may be a while as I'm focusing my efforts on a bunch of new features for the the paid version right now.

    Feed minder is the best hands down. Hope it soon gets the Built for BlackBerry stamp, and can't wait for future updates!!!

    I had no idea RSS Savvy had an in-app upgrade for this FeedMinder app.
    Thanks for that info! Just purchased it a minute ago.
    I really enjoyed RSS Savvy, but it had to go after the feeds import. LoL.

    Is there way to have forum rss feed readable in app? Reason is, using browser print is too tiny to read.
