I tweeted with @RogersHelps who have escalated a ticket for the problem; supposed to get a reply in 72 hours. I'll let folks know how it goes.

Yep, down for me. It's the first time I've tried the app since the World Cup, and I guess I'm kind of glad it's not just my phone.

I am experiencing the same issue at the exact same time. Any news with this. When I tried to look on the Rogers site with my Q10, I received a message saying they no longer supported the device.
