    So I had The Score app sending me NHL news alerts to my BlackBerry. It was cool at first to get the notifications within my HUB but with all the trades and contract signing news happening, I was getting to many alerts! So now I've shut the feed off within the app so that's done.

    But my issue now is that I can't clear the BB spark that sites on the corner of the app to indicate an alert. Anyone know how to clear that?

    I thought it was just me but I have the same thing, have removed and reinstalled several times which fixes it untill I restart the phone and then bam its back again.

    i have that same problem now too.. i was wondering if i might have touch any alert and i didnt know. But i guess its a glitch

    I had the same problem. You have to go to settings within the app>follows and alerts>breaking news and uncheck nhl.

    Ya this isn't my issue. I've already disabled those options within the app. The issue is how to reset the BlackBerry spark notification on the app icon itself, see picture below.

    I emailed The Score feedback and got a response.

    Adam from The Score indicated in his email that they're aware of the bug and are currently working with their BlackBerry 10 app development team to provide a fix.

    I asked for an ETA (habit from my personal work but they responded that there is none at this time. Guess I'll just have to wait or uninstall.

    This has been an issue for their app for a while. I am willing to tolerate it but what I can't tolerate is the excruciatingly slow speed of the app. I only use the app for notifications, rather use other options for scores.

    Turn off all notifications in Score Mobile settings, and then delete the notification in the hub.
