I am thinking you might not be able to, not sure if Blaq pulled this from twitter or from BB10, but I had one search in the native twitter client.... it is now in Blaq too and I never searched it in Blaq
I had to delete them on the big screen. Couldn't do it using the app or accessing Twitter via browser on z10. On your computer, you have to open the saved search you want to delete, then click the settings (gear) icon, and select "remove saved search".

Delete Twitter app from home screen on BB10 device. Then go to BlackBerry World and reinstall Twitter. Saved searches gone.
