So, I'm having a hard time finding an app (even on Android), that will keep my notes on my phone and in the cloud at the same time.

Dropbox.... on your computer.... keeps a copy on your hard drive and syncs to the cloud at the same time and without needing any special footwork to make it happen.

So, when using Remember, can it be set to keep a copy on your phone and also on the cloud?

(it's important for me, because I am often deep into a building with no cell service)

I've asked this before.... darn tough to find an answer!

Yes.... so I'm hoping to capitalize on the all you "note takers" out there.

As far as I can tell, Evernote only saves to the cloud. So, if I'm in a building and want to open a note, I'm outta luck.

The premium version allows you to have notes in "offline" mode..... but not sure how that works or if it works well.

It syncs across multiple platforms, thus a copy would be kept in your remember app as evernote syncs.

Ever note is integrated into remember. That is the solution.

So, through this "integration with Remember", you do not need to pay for the Premium Evernote "offline" feature?

    Just to be clear...
You simply open a note.... even without cell service..... do your edits.... and then it all syncs to the cloud (automatically) when you get back to having cellular service?

Just where exactly am I supposed to see my "remember" on the cloud?

Well, I think you can have your folders/files backed up to Evernote.

Not sure if there are other cloud options.

'Local' folders from Remember are not sync'd to Evernote, but your Evernote folders are sync'd to Remember! This means you can still access your Evernote notes, even with no service (just confirmed with Airplane Mode).
So through Remember all your notes are available offline, though I am not sure about the sync interval (maybe your most recent notes will not show up instantly). Also, as far as I know, you can only create tasks (due date+reminders) in 'local' folders, not through Evernote.

I'm trying to avoid the cloud. So Remember is strictly local right?

You can create new notes in Evernote folders in the Remember app and they'll appear on your Evernote account. I wish there were more customizable settings in the Remember app though!

But it's great how BlackBerry offers this Evernote Premium feature for free via its app
