Explain yourself better, with visual information.
Give detailed instructions on how to operate the phone.
Give feedback and suggestions for upgrades.

Recording what's on your screen and transferring it to a video format..
Wow.. just wow.. just thinking about it makes me wanna get an android.. and I freaking hate androids and iPhone..

Screencast on Android requires the phone to be rooted.
Display recorder doesn't record video but instead takes screenshots and pastes them together and although it was on iTunes for a short amount of time it's my understanding that you normally have to go through Cydia to get it.

So without root permissions screen recording is not possible on any platform (to the best of my knowledge).
