    Trying to purchase Work Wide from BBW and everything is fine until I need to verify my PayPal details. - enter my password and then get error message "PayPal service error (AW30972vq)" in red text. Logged into PayPal via the browser and it's fine so my user and password are valid. Anyone have this problem or is it just for "Work Wide App in BBW"?

    Using my Passport on SW rel. 10.3.1.1779

    You might want to check out your settings/credentials using a desktop browser.

    Thanks, I ended up changing the payment method and will check what's up with PayPal later.

    I had the same problem for months. Tried everything mentioned in the forums and nothing. Finally accepted PayPal wouldn't work and added a credit card

    Yep that's what I did...added a credit card to pay instead of PayPal.
