    When I download and install "sing! Karaoke by smule" application (from both sources) it says this app needs google play store to run. Even I have cobalt's google play store installed on my device. Please help me

    Yes I tried to patched it with lucky patcher but patched version didnt work too

    You have to use Play Services Patcher on your PC. Lucky Patcher doesn't work anymore.
