Print To Go is the most frustrating app. I have been unable to get it running other than a short period last year. The drivers just do not install well, and the code fails gracelessly with unhelpful error messages. On-line support threads are limited. Most drivers that install on windows these days work well. The print to go drivers do not. Please, Blackberry, get some better code writers for Print To Go.

On-line support threads like this one? I have used print to go all of 3 times. I got the print to go drivers from installing Link. I have never seen an error message 'printing' a document to my playbook. Integration into Windows7 64-bit has been flawless for me. Would you like to report the problem you're having here if you haven't already? What drivers you are using? What OS? What devices? Maybe someone here can be of more help. You never know.

I use print to go on my win8 pro 64bit laptop to my Playbook all the time.

No issues at all. In fact it's now the only reason I carry my PB.
