    If you are on 10.2.1, you can go to settings > app manager > device monitor > and then tap on inidividual apps to check for data usage up to the last 48hrs. (not that useful)

    Furthermore, theres an app I personally recommend that tracks data usage and runs in the background (provided you are on 10.2.1), its called "Data Usage Counter" on BBW.

    You can always rely on your carrier's website to check for consumptions, as it is and will ever be the most accurate.
