    Hey ladies and gentlemen,

I'm looking for an easy and native solution for PGP in BB10. My whole research on the interwebs didn't bring up any app. Before I start programming one I would really love to know if there is somebody already coding one or if there is a solution out there.

so there is no native solution. I'm going to do some research and if it is possible I'm trying to integrate PGP into the BlackBerry hub.

None that I know of native.

APG will run (sideloaded all the way back to 10.0, and now will load native) and K9Mail integrates with it and while ported has been modified pretty-heavily from the Android version, but K9 does not integrate into the hub.

This would be very useful, incidentally -- there are plenty of people who would like a solution for this. If it ALSO handled S/MIME at the same time you'd get a LOT of interest.

    Hello
I invite you to check my new application which implements PGP for BlackBerry10.
    PGpgp - BlackBerry World
    More details here:
    PGpgp |pawelgorny.com|
I hope you find it useful. In case of any questions/remarks, please send me an email or PM.
I wait for the api which allows automatic de/encryption of bbm and mails, now you must do it manually, of course.

Very expensive for an unfinished program

Did you ever begin development on a solution?

    I'm very interested in one!

If you are looking for something different other than PGP have a look at SecureMail.

SecureMail uses BlackBerry's FIPS-validated cryptography and Security Builder Engine, RSA Public-key cryptography for key exchange and AES 256 bits for encryption.

    Secure Mail - BlackBerry World

It is integrated with the Hub for reading but composing you need to use SecureMail.

Which means you are forced to use this application and you cannot use it for messages between different platforms.

Can I send a message with secure email and then read it in my laptop's Thunderbird?
(assuming I share between them the same PKI structure) ?

Also can I import my own key pair?
