I have Password Keeper on my 9810 phone. I also have a Q10 that I have added the PK app to.

I'd love to just be able to load the data from this app from the 9810 to the Q10 but I don't think that's possible. Is it possible to back-up PK to a cloud? Ive look for answers on Google but haven't found anything.

I think this can be done through BlackBerry Protect. Back it up through the 9810, and then go to the Settings app on the Q10, go to Security, BlackBerry Protect, and at the bottom there's an option to restore from a BBOS device.

I, too, believe that BB Protect migrated the Password Keeper data. I know something did because I have it on my Z10

No problem! Unfortunately the backup functionality was dropped in BB10. I hope it's not permanent and is on some sort of development roadmap. 10.3 maybe?

As Bravo... noted, it no longer backups up data. So you will have to rely on Link software from BB or some 3rd party programs or apps.

Just a heads up: the restore from previous device setting on BB10 also transfers calendar entries, contacts, call log/SMS, syncs notes with Remember and adds WiFi profiles.
So it does a lot more than just Password Keeper, but it can only be done once so you can not use it to keep your devices in sync.

Yeah, my Q10 has that blaring at me in Protect. And I was afraid to do it through Link beings I finally have everything set up with Google contacts etc.

Also, I don't know why BlackBerry would put BlackBerry Protect on a device that they aren't gonna support in their software. It would be so cool knowing it's syncing everyday.

The backup was only one function of Protect. It also allows you to remotely locate your phone, play sounds on it, display a message, and remotely wipe it.

All those functions are present on BB10, only the backup function is missing.

Well check this out: there is an "import" feature inside PK that I just found.
