The application Parrot just got a nice update. The one big update I love is the possibility to record you're phone calls. So now when you are on the phone with a customer service person or a contractor working at you're house you can keep them accountable

I think you are right. I purchased the app couple of months ago. I use this app once a week in my business so I decided is worth to go to the Pro version. What I can say is that is working great and I recommend it.

Excellent. Can you start a recording after a call begins? So, if the app isn't open and I decided to record a call while I'm talking can that be done?

Yep, you would just start a normal recording and it will work.
