    Hello, could anyone let me know that the apps which we have bought from the app world, would be available for free after I have factory reset my phone? O do I have to pay the money to buy them again

    I believe they are associated with you BBID BlackBerry ID as long as this doesn't change you will have them.

    Thanks , N also the free apps as a promotion for Christmas, which are usually paid, wud they also be available free, as I already have them now.
