For those who are still interested, a new update for OpenWhatsapp is out. The update adds ability to set a pin lock for OpenWhatsapp, and fixes sending media problem.

If clicking the link displays rubbish in browser, right click and save as. If file is downloaded with .zip extension, rename it to .bar extension and sideload it

Thanks Tarek, I hope u don't get discourage and know that many still support your work with Open WhatsApp. IMHO your app is much better then WhatsApp version.
