I think the answer is NO (at the moment) but is there an app (sideloaded or from BB World) which :

1. Works in the US
2. Allows for unlimited streaming for a monthly fee
3. Allows for offline caching of music

I dont think there is at the moment but perhaps I am missing something.

I've been waiting forevvvver for Rdio to come on board (they've been announced but they "have no plans at the moment"). You can use Deezer for this though. It's similar and is available in BlackBerry World.

(I've cancelled my Rdio account by the way. They've been too non-committal for my liking)

Last time I checked Deezer was not available in the US. Perhaps I am mistaken but I will check it out again... Thank you.
Ps. I am about to cancel my Spotify account for the same reason.

Edit: Not sure if you meant that Deezer is blocking you out from just downloading the app, or if it's blocking you from using the service (via sideload).
