One request though, is there a way I can see the people who have snapchat installed? Because I want to add people but I don't know their username.

Nem... never noticed if anyone mentioned videos coming from an iDevice (specifically iPod5 Touch) .... they r small n don't come close to fitting the screen. Tried adjusting the Photo Snaps Viewing Aspect in Options and no change

Hey Nem,

Any suggestions on my end to fix the black screen for viewing snaps, and also for snaps not disappearing? I've tried removing the replay function, opening and closing, re-installing.. all to no avail. Hopefully it's fix worthy in V 0.9!!

yes.. blank snaps still have a solution.. but i'm still working hard on the video recording and sending stuffs and optimization.. I believe version 1.0 will be the awesomest version of snap2chat

Hey Nem, I just found a bug in the latest. Not sure if you know about it yet. When you view multiple snaps at the same time ie. hold one for a few seconds then view the next, the counter goes really wonky

when pinching to screenshot, where is the screenshot saved??

it's not saved.. it just simulates a screenshot notification.. will work on making it behave the way snapchat is

I just deleted the android snapchat and have moved on to snap2chat as my full client. I feel that it is reliable enough and has enough features that I don't need the port anymore.

Assuming it works like the Android Snapchat, the screen becomes a see through white and it acts as a flash in the dark

Knob, I guess you haven't used the front facing flash feature on the android snapchat yet? Before the pic is taken the screen just turns white and does a pretty good job of acting as a "flash".

for the video editor.. it sucks a little bit that it edits a 200KB video to a 1MB video..

for the front facing cam.. what it does is just makes the screen white until it captures the pic.. the white screen emits a brighter light to your face than normal camera view..

That is an interesting fact about VideoEditor. It means that it unpacked your MP4 to raw data and repacked it with smaller compression parameters and hence the bigger file size.
Like I said, an like I was told, we will have more control over issues like this in time, when camera changes pass the tests and when OpenMAX is implemented fully.
