They really screwed you with those ad services from smaato.

You think you'll be able to use any of the new headless apis? Maybe triggering every x mins. To check the server, then sleeping again?

Might help with battery and such. Maybe even the headless portion?

I will surely use the new triggers instead of implementing my own timers. my own timers uses much more cpu and battery for sure. this awesome new triggers will optimize it more and lighter headless.

Hey Nem, I was wondering for the Story part if you could make it an option that the most recent stories are displayed at the top? This would reduce the amount of time it takes it find the new stories from our friends.

I like the new icon but I think it's be better if we could maybe take the gradient from the current splash screen and put it behind the new icon ghost without a face. It would look great that way.

Cool to hear that you'll use the new triggers. Too bad that there is no access to the push servers.

Does messenger take advantage of push notifications from Facebook? Or do devs not have access to those APIs?

I have tried to match the splash but it looked very weird, did not translate well to the home screen and looked too similar to the LogoTV app.

Personally I love the current one (I made it, after all) , but I find it looks too busy next to the other icons. Check it out:

Just updated snap2chat lite...

0% new features
100% more ads

sad to see the most basic feature of a social app, notifications, still require us to pay despite there being an ad bar at the top of the app.

It's a shame that the official snapchat android app does not work on bb because it is free and feature rich.
