Im 100% sure that its when people dont have good internet connection. Mine crashed when my wifi signal was at 1. Got closer, it got to 3 bars and it worked. Even tho people have full coverage and LTE/3G, it doesnt mean that the internet coverage is good enough.

My Internet connection was fine.

This is the first time snap2chat has crashed on me and it hasn't happened since earlier today. (3 times in a row)

I'm using a z10 stl100 -3, 10.2.1.2941

Nem, mine never crashes unless there's a change log. In that case it will crash, but work after that until the next change log.

I've been storing my cache up above 10mb and still haven't had a crash....

What I'm thinking is that if we can find the difference between the settings and usage on our devices we can see what specific thing is causing the crash bug.

To all again, when your Snap2Chat crashes, please could you include what version of snap2chat, OS, device model, and what was the last action when the crash happened? How many active frames were there opened when it crashed? Hoe much was the cache? It could really help a lot.

You should get a template for people to post on the forum and add it to the first post.

It has to be a device specific issue or even setting related because I've been using snap2chat for months and it has never crashed on startup...

I'll post my settings and everything so people with the crashing issue can try setting it up the way I have it and see if the crashing continues.

These are my current settings. Can someone with the crashing bug set it up exactly like mine and post results?

I'm using Z10STL100-3/10.2.1.3175 on Rogers.

Hopefully this can help Nem narrow things down.
