Ok I might have found a fix.

Hard reset, app opened and I cleared my feed and cache.

Seems to have fixed it for now, not one crash

Check ur internet connection. That happens to me when i dont have any internet connection.

I have always had Internet connection when I try to launch and never does on first try. Also have many snaps that keep a using upload and never do. I am still on old version from bbw

Those reporting crashes please include the version of the app. 2.2.3 in beta zone is built to eliminate one issue that's causing the crash bug.

As a recommendation, you should change the app icon to match that of the updated splash page. Here's a cropped version of the splash page to give you an idea of how it would look. Also, I suggest you change the shape of the icon to look like the 10.3 rounded square icons.

Hey Nem,

I don't get the crashing issue what I do get is the crash on launch.

I basically am unable to launch the app at all because while it's loading it would just crash. Is there a way to send you that report?

Using latest version in beta zone.

OK I haven't uninstalled reinstalled, I just did that it seems fine will update later.

I notice when I use the Snap2chat video player I have that grey bar which covers the videos, any idea why that is? Grey bar only appears when orientation is locked Btw. I've resulted to BB10 video player.

I agree with thanasi. You should change the icon and shape. But I don't agree with your second picture, the full gradient should also be in the app icon, not just a crop like you have done of the full blown picture.

And after your refresh interval is completed or you drag down from the top nothing shows up as sent? How about when you send something to yourself, what happens?

Im 100% sure that its when people dont have good internet connection. Mine crashed when my wifi signal was at 1. Got closer, it got to 3 bars and it worked. Even tho people have full coverage and LTE/3G, it doesnt mean that the internet coverage is good enough.
