My snapchat icon always has a red asterisks beside it. Anyway to remove it when I know there aren't any new snaps for me to see?

Check your Hub to see if any of the notifications are marked unread.

I bought the paid version and like it BUT in the interest of honesty and accuracy I think Nem you need to stop calling this a "full-featured" app ....We're also missing a way to identify users from contacts, which is another big feature we've never had. I'm happy to use the app and to have paid for it but I think it's time to change the advertising until the app is truly full-featured. Right now it's misleading.

I definitely agree with the finding of users.

Go to advance settings and at the bottom touch Clear Notifications.

Sorry to disagree but hub is on the of the things that differentiates us from other OS's... the point of hub is for social messaging gathering. Snapchat is a social /IM app...so it needs to be in the hub.. I don't understand why some are in the hub and some I am forced to open the app to view my messages.

Well have you seen all the bugs in snap2chat. I'd rather have it bug free before it hits the hub. With the hub comes even more bugs.

You've got the notifications showing up in the hub, no? That's as close to hub integration as any of us "need" right now. Would you rather not have it running headless and have to open the app every time and swipe to refresh before you see anything new like the beta days? While I look forward to having the little ghost head back there, it's not necessary compared to other features and bug fixes if the headless is working. You have the notification bell which is doing the exact same thing as a dedicated hub location would, it's just going to a different location in the hub. I would much rather have chat or text over videos than hub integration, especially after all the problems it caused the last time. It's a secondary feature as long as headless notifications are here, that's why the headless was implemented first.

Yeah, maybe oliver should focus on fixing this app before he starts putting too much attention into other apps. Like timber and what not. I think Snap2Chat is his flagship and should try to perfect it and make it the "full featured" app as advertised

I can only post one snap at a time before closing and restarting the app if I want to successfully send out another. If I send one and try to send another it will just keep uploading and never send.

Also, just yesterday I snapped a video and my friend said she couldn't get any sound.

The app is highly buggy. It still takes multiple attempts to open.

I agree. Although there are other bugs with the app hub integration is something I value. It's really the only reason why I prefer native apps over apks (I also like the speed of native apps mind you)

I'm sure nem will smooth out all the kinks and get all the features/bug fixes that everyone desires. The important thing to remember is that everyone will have a different idea of what a priority feature or bug fix is.
