There is an option above clear catch to wipe catch on app start. Just turn it on and be careful that you won't be able to use reply feature on the snaps that catches been wiped out

So sometimes when I open the camera in snap2chat the screen stays black and the circle button stays red. Most of the time I need to restart my phone so the camera works.

Anyone else have this issue?

Does it happen with the camera outside of snap2chat too? If yes it happened to me yesterday and today "camera not available " or something like that. I still don't know the cause.

I'm still trying to find the cause, I looked up on the forum and the is a guy who had the same issue last summer under the 10.2 OS (i think) and he couldn't figure it out either.

Hmmm it's weird. I've been having the problem for the last couple of days and can't seem to find a fix. It's happening with my camera now too. I can't even open my camera. Weird

I had the 1.0.13.1 version and had this issue where it wouldnt send anything. Then i got the 1.0.14.1 when it came out but it didnt fix anything it just made it worse. Now it doesnt even spend time to try and send it before it says the message failed to send. I'm running a blackberry z10 STL 100-1 with os 10.2.1.2141
