I agree. Mine stopped working too.

To everyone who keeps reinstalling the app to get the headless notifications working, you do not need to do that. Just follow the instructions below (from earlier in the thread). At least for me, they've worked every time, and I've had to follow these steps whenever I reboot my phone.
I guess these instructions may not work for everyone, but it's worth a shot if you're going to delete and reinstall the app, which probably takes more time.
Wow its nice to know promises are broken all the time. No wonder the world is turning to an unshaved armpit. Lots to look forward too.

I think I will have some little time to work later. I want to take a look at the headless and hub integration problems. Really sorry for delays and everything else. :( but I'll do my best later :)

Hey, family comes first, Oliver. Otherwise, who do you have to enjoy all your fame and fortune with once Snap2chat becomes mainstream? All us Crackberries ;-). That's a scary thought.
You will always get pressure from those who don't read up in the thread and so don't understand context, but you need to do first what takes care of you and your family. My 'needs' can wait awhile.

This worked for me as well.

It's amazing how he catches every single post. I don't even notice it half the time but he still gets it lmao

Yes I think this is the root of the problem as well. I uninstalled the application twice and I have two empty Snap2Chat fields in my Hub. If I install it again, I will acquire a third. This needs fixing!

I'll try the suggestion up above -- it does appear to be running now in the background -- will look in a while to see if it stays there.
Probably goes to his profile and check his posts lol

Nope lol. When I go through this thread I just see the name and boom I post...

Still grinnin' on background this morning; looks like switching the check off and back on fixed it.
I die of laughter everytime.

Headless stopped working and now the app won't even open :(

Might have to clear your cache when you get it open next.
Posted with my ? Q10.
Not sure if this will help fix the error Nem but the app will never open once the phone is past a 20 second point of being restarted. Yet if I restart and quickly type in password as soon as the option pops up and directly open snap2chat from my first page of apps it opens every single time. Weird

Headless stopped working again, and random crashes on trying to launch (usually requires multiple launch attempts)

For what it's worth I tried downgrading to the latest 1.1 version and have had zero problems receiving headless notifications. Whatever problem is created from the removal of 1.1 and install of 2.0.4.1 does go away when you downgrade. For the first time in a long time I started to have the issues with all notifications like everybody else and none of the workaround fixes that people have posted seemed to work for me. The only thing I have noticed is BlackBerry World isn't telling me that there is an update available above the version I'm running, but since I already know that it doesn't matter. Since hub integration isn't crucial for me I might just sit tight on 1.1 and enjoy the notification bell until there is time to dig into fixing 2.0. I'm not in any rush, the headless notifications are more than enough to get by.
mine no longer auto-refreshes at all now, whether app is open or closed. Set time to 300 seconds, tried the tips above about turning auto-refresh off and then on. It doesn't appear to run at all headless and even when open I have to refresh manually
once you open and close snap2chat the first time, do not open it again using the icon.
Only open it from within the hub. To close the app after opening from within the hub, swipe to the right.
Even though Snap2Chat isn't auto updating, I still get notifications in the hub when I receive a new Snap.
Really sorry to all. I wanted to work today but another problem is my internet speed is 10kb to 20kb.. my capped internet will reset in the end of the month. Sucks.
