Latest version feedback:

Story videos are not working. If i choose snap2chat player all i get is a black screen. If i choose BB10 player, all i get is "media not supported". Havent got any video snaps so far, so will have to wait to receive one.

The app seems "snappier" (no pun intended) with the latest update for some reason.

Same for me. I'm not receiving the instant preview yet. Also, the feature of sending in the background is great but mine one snap to myself still hasn't sent.

did you tapped the video story first and you saw the progress bar loading?

I noticed we can't send snaps sometimes. I saw the issue that's causing. a fix tomorrow. sorrry guys.. but when you can send 1 snap, you can send again without issues anymore.

Nope. Did not see any progress bar. It went straight to the circle and then to the black screen.

And i also cant send any snaps.

Oh and btw! I can view videosnaps. Even tho they are small in size! Good job on that part!

Sorry for a dirty built update.. to send snap. Try to open some snaps first.. I just discovered the workaround. Should be fixed tomorrow. Really sorry..

Issues are within the app. really sorry. I wish I just have pushed thr update here and not in channels yet.

Still no option to stop the camera auto mirroring when on front facing! Once I get this I can say bye to android snap!

I believe that you can open the snap in the BlackBerry editor and flip it.

Thanks for that but I send quite. A few snaps so that could get tedious!

Maybe just a yes/no box in the advanced settings?

The new update, video snaps works fine using the BB10 video player, but in stories not all videos work, some do and some say it's not supported.

I liked that the video downloads first than u click view and it play instantly.

Anyway am going back to the previous version because this one can't send snaps.

Wow Nemory!

0.8.962.1 is working pretty damn well for me! Videos load quickly from Android and Iphone. I haven't read all the change logs so I'm unsure if you've implemented video sending yet.

But I do find the app to be much smoother. I will mess around a bit more and let you know any updates. Keep it up!

Annoying Story loading bar may get crazy when you scroll fast. but will be loaded it anyway.. will try to fix it later.. (I suggest disable auto load snaps when viewing story videos for now)
Still only for 10.2+, 10.1 and below support later I hope.

When I'm trying to play a snap video, I get this




UPDATE: It was an old video that appears as unreaded.

Now when I send a snap to myself, it says failed, then I refresh and says sent and when I receive the snap and try to load it, it gives me this error:




I restart the app and now the snap appears as sent and received twice but only loads one.

The new version is working good enough for me. Videos and everything. The only problem is that the timestamps are not correct. I sent a snap over 45 minutes ago, and its saying "sent for 1 min ago". Same for stories. Received one over 3 hours ago. Its saying received 35 minutes ago.

Edit: active frame shows correct time.

Has any one problems with only blackscreen on the new update?
I receive snaps, but only black screen, and sometimes error can't load.

Edit: Received one now, it worked.

When I send a snap to myself. It comes up as multiple and the other don't load and give an error.

Also, crashed a few times when I'm in the stories tab.
