Ah man that sucks. Depending on where you bought it, some places may have the ability to re-print your warranty receipt. Worth checking at the store if you can't find it. Good luck!

THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK, OP.
Overall, this is a MAGNIFICENT app. Friends all asking how I can end snaps with pics from days ago...hehehe.

ISSUES:
1) I also have the issue where the snap2chat front camera will be a black screen, fixable by switching to rear and back to front again.
2) Today, I lost the ability to send a snap from existing picture album. Tried closing and reopening. Did a phone reset, as well. Won't work. HELP...this isone of your app's BEST features!!
3) negative timer countdown on opened snaps in feeds list, even after refresh

I still have not used the app much, because my friends are not very lively 'Snappers', but what I have tried so far worked well enough for me! Looking forward to the newest version.

Solved this issue by going into App Permissions and toggling Files Access off, then on again.

YEah there is an option but is disabled if the profile you viewed is not yours. BB10 still has no way to remove items in the action bar programatically so only way is to disable which sucks thanks for the feedback man!! enjoy!
