You're right I should show who sent the snap and who's the recipient. Changing title bar color is just an extra feature and will not really focus to it. Also when you add a caption just tab the caption once and it will let you type, double tapping anywhere will move the caption to.where you duouble tapped. Also you're righr when sending a snap it should go back to the camera or the feeds

Like Khehl said. This version of snapchat should be at least equal to or greater than the official snapchat app.
For example, I can only do simple original features on my snaps but one of my friends has a jail broken iPhone and he can do all kinds of crazy things to his snaps.
Some features he has includes:
The ability to send files saved to device
Different font for text
Wider array of colors and effects
There's a few more that he has but I haven't really looked into to it all that much


It be neat if a huge array of editing features were added so people with I5s's and Androids get a lil jelous of our puny berry's

I came on to ask about videos but that got answered my next question is
what about notifications? push or otherwise. do i have to keep checking like the andorid version or will it notify me in the hub?

also there seems to be a blackberry bug where when i import my account for anything my password doesnt work, like it does play well with symbols
Because along with Snap2Chat and RBC banking app my passwords didnt work because there was a "&" in my password and didnt work but the minute i changed it to a password that doesnt include a symbol it works flawlessly and lets me log in

Hub notifications will come. But 50% on the push notifications it's because I am not an official snapchat developer from SnapChat company. I don't have access to the codes on their server so I can inject the BlackBerry Push Service script. Anyway, hub notifications will be better than nothing. It just needs to refresh every interval. The interval is customizable too.

Also yeah most apps and systems don't allow special characters.

Your app is a beast my friend. I love how you can even customize the title bar colour. The only thing I would change at this point is the icon. It's not iconic enough to match this juggernaut.

I have not been able to make a new account using the sign up feature in the app. Keeps telling me to make sure the name isn't taken or all the data is correct. It works fine making the account on a friends phone but then it attaches their name to it. If I use the android version that works on BB then it just crashes and doesn't let me make a username so I'm stuck unable to log in. Anyone else try making an account from this app?

It works great for me except the "My Story" which doesn't work. When I try to move from my snaps to my story it comes back to my snaps. Otherwise man awesome job !

Mhm. If I was making the app I'd use the original snapchat icon but with the BlackBerry berry logo in the middle of it would be pro!

Hub notifications will do just fine! As lo.g as we know we have snaps after they have been sent!
