It's cool. If you can rollout a small update once in a while, and post it on this thread, that's good enough.

We appreciate all the work and don't want you to get in trouble with anyone.

Have you contacted other 3rd party snap chat app devs and asked them about their dealings with snapchat?

What about people like me who paid for the Snap2Chat app? What happens with updates etc??

Kind of peeved that I paid for the Pro version just days before it was pulled.

I guess I'll be stuck with an app that can't be updated and if un installed I can never get back. I know it's not a lot of money but I still feel a fad ripped off and I mean no disrespect to the developer.

Again, just check the first post of the thread. If there are updates (and keeping in mind we're talking about app development versus potentially serious legal action) I'm sure there will be an update there. Nobody wants this to be done so you're not alone in your concern, but a company's legal team is a lot for a one man operation to stare down against. Give this a generous amount of time and let's see what happens.

Yeah agreed, notifications and infinite replay of snaps is what keeps me with snap2chat now.

Hey Nem, with this new 10.3 os the android version of snapchat (lucky patched) is working perfectly for me. The only thing it's missing is notifications. How hard would it be to make an app that just simply created a notification in the hub when a new snap comes in? This app would not replicate any feature of snapchat so you should be able to charge whatever you want for it.

Even better if it could somehow launch the android snapchat. Not sure that's possible though.

I think with the integration of the Amazon app store there might be quite a market for apps like this. "Notifications for..." they should be easy to code and since they don't replicate any current functionality of the official app you shouldn't have any trouble charging for it.
