I honestly don't feel like I'm missing anything from the new features added recently. The only one I care about getting is the text snaps and not because I plan on using them but because I want to make sure I don't miss any from others.

If your friends use the chat feature you can miss snap chats, it only happened a few times for me though

I think your answer is wrong. If I view a photo or video in someone's story, it does not show on their phone that I have viewed it.

I tried it myself on my iPhone and I saw my other account in the viewers list.

I've never used comcast nor do I have an opinion on the company. But if you Google complaints for any company you will hear horror stories. Just my thoughts lol

That's true. It may better to just Google comcast, they've certainly been in the news lately.

BUT

I would also argue that you might run into some articles that say the complaints are overrated and such.

However, Comcast is the company that has won the coveted "worst company in America" two years in a row. They beat out Bank of America that stole people's homes from them. The CEOs reply? "We'll look into it, but our customers love us" No man, they really don't.

Also, there has been a rattle recently about a guy who works for AOL (the company that is supposed to be merging with comcast) and he spent over 10 mins on the phone trying to cancel, with over 10 miss before he started recording, and they refused.

The horror stories are 99-1 with the good stories, and they are simply pretty much the devil incarnate.

If you have good dealings with Comcast. Great. I'm happy for you. But be aware you're the absolute exception, and not the rule.

Whatever you decide Nem, best of luck. My advice is simple, if you can avoid comcast, do. If you can't, then that's fine.
