Haha, I'll take your word for it! Any idea how a backup and restore of that much info worked?

I feel like it's a signal issue as well (wifi and network).
I have saved up my cache and I'm at over 165MB no crash issue except once when I press snap2chat to open and turned on my wifi right away and the app crashed.

Running the latest version in the actual BlackBerry World

I don't think it is a signal issue. I will sit in the same spot without moving, wifi and no wifi, and sometimes it'll open first try, other times it could take up to 3 or 4 crashes before opening.

Do you still have "unread" notifications from s2c in the hub?

No idea. He was just saving it up to see if the cache was the issue. He told us that it took him a bit longer to open snap2chat, around 40 seconds or something. But no crash!

Crashes still a LOT less frequent, phone doesn't have to be restarted to open the app now

So seeing as it seems like it's hard to fix the crashing issue. What about the other issues?

Just off the top of my head:

    User profiles not loading

Undoing during drawing erases the whole drawing instead of last pen stroke

When selecting friends to send snaps to, selecting 'recent' friends doesn't mark them off in the rest of the list. Meaning you can choose them twice.

    You can't delete friend requests

Glitchy video when trying to watch a snap

The red asterisks never goes away from the app icon

You can set the interval to whatever you want. So it can check if you have a new snap every second if you want.

Personally I have it set to check every 5 mins.

Welcome... to the world of TOMORROW!

Android and ios get pushed notifications. BlackBerry gets pulled notifications set to users preference.

THIS! It's been a problem since the beginning for me and it's my only pet peeve with the app. (I love the app otherwise)

To all that their snap2chat is crashing, try opening the app, without other active frames opened. And don't minimize until it finished opening

Sometimes this works, sometimes it doesn't. Which is also what can be said with active frames open, so I'm not sure if it makes a difference. Strange stuff, but I'm confident you'll figure it out at some point and fix it.

Never crashes for me on start up, so wierd. Only time it crashes if I'm in an area with one wifi bar and I send a snap but it fails. It'll crash when I click the arrow on the uploading snap to see if it failed or not then it crashes.
