Mine stopped. And uninstalled and reinstalled. And then worked perfectly fine. So try that.

The App crashes when I open it. Does anybody know why ?

Are you running the latest version? Did you upgrade from a previous version?

Crashing when you load the app or load from the hub?

Sometimes the crashing issue has been because of the cache. So if your able to get s2c to load, clear the cache and clear the feeds. Turn off the auto cache clearing.

A phone reboot will sometimes help the app load. Sometimes it crashed for me too but the second or third time loading it works.

Hey Nem, have you gotten a chance to look at the headless integration? The app seems to be taking a beating with bad reviews on BBW because of the headless issue. :S

Crashing on open from hub, crashing on open from app tray, crash crash crash! Can't use this anymore Nem

Works for about 5 min after restart/cache clear but then the crashing starts again, it's fine when left open though

I'm sure that Nem knows about all the issues and the negative remarks working through BlackBerry World reviews. When he has the time after more important life matters are behind him I'm sure he'll take a look and try to fix these issues. While we wait maybe downgrade to the last version that worked headless without the hub access? I think it was 1.1.0.14 but I could be wrong, can anybody else confirm what that version was?

Being about principle, those who hold that view will not let him off the hook until he fulfills his word and donates the $50 to iGrann dev as promised. But that is neither here nor there.

Response to the poster who asked if Snap2Chat was off beta, it is available to a set amount of downloads and I believe that number has been reached.

The latest version stopped auto-updating headless. If I open it the new snaps are there and it works, but the notification that someone sent me one when the app is closed has disappeared..

I have the pro (paid) version.

Anyone else usage data go sky high after using snap2chat, I used 500mb in 2 days and thus was when I was out and about as I normally have wifi in indoors.

Also my notifications always go off have to keep re-installing to fix, given up now waiting for a update.

I went over 500 MB in my data plan last month. I had my refresh rate at 80 seconds. Now it's at 300.
