I just bought Snap2Chat and it seems to be working fine. There is just one issue, whenever my friends open one of my snaps, there seems to be a white rectangle at the bottom of the screen. Like about 20% of the screen appears to be white at the bottom. The issue is occurring on every phone including iPhone 4, iPhone 5, Note 3, and Z10.

Edit/Update; To give you an update I deleted the app, restarted my phone, reinstalled it and now i'm back in action.. =]Y If for whatever reason things go south again I'll be sure to let you know!

Experienced my first crash on the list recent version in BlackBerry World. The first time I opened the app on this version it went perfect and sent a snap. The second time many hours later I opened the app and it stalled longer on the splash screen and forced closed. The app now fails to open at all.

Been getting this and having to sign in almost every time I open snap2chat throughout the day even tho s2c is the only snapchat client I use and have on my phone. I assume headless would most likely not work either if it's signing me out randomly through out the day. Even if I'm in the middle of using the app it'll sign me out. I remember the first time I ever brought up this issue was months ago when using one of the beta version up till now the newest paid version.

Please double check run in background permission, also restart after changing some permissions. Much better to uninstall app after changing permissions and reinstall again

Tried uninstalling, restarting then reinstalling? I feel.so bad this issue has come back and I don't jnow what's causing. Also when you can open it, please turn off enhanced video recorder

I couldn't say exactly. It's extremely random sometimes other than that almost every time I reopen the app it has me signed out. It'll sign me out and give me that pop up in the middle of recording a video, taking a photo or even just scrolling through menus. I'm not a heavy s2c user but it happens enough to be frustrating.

To all who's Snap2Chat is crashing please try this. Disable Enhanced Video Recorder in Advanced Settings, Restart App. Let me know how it goes please.

Did anyone see the story official snapchat pushed out to our accounts 27 minutes ago?

It's not loading on snap2chat and I can just get a Glimpse of it on my Q10 from the official apk. Seems they're making a separate chat section for the app. Very interesting, you should look into it when you have the chance Nem. If anyone is able to load the story please give us more details, I keep tapping to reload but it continues to fail.

Yes, it will load on the official snapchat but not s2c.
