With blackberry being so strict on apps I bet there had to be some approval on Snapchats end.

Anyone else having camera issues? I open up the camera and it's just black and acts as though it's in video recording mode.. I tried uninstalling and restarting, wipe cache, etc.

Sorry if this has been asked before, didn't wanna stroll through a bunch of pages lol.

    Any solution?
UPDATE: still no luck.. tried everything I could think of. Anyone got an idea?

Did you disable any permissions? Go check to see that they're all on.

All permissions are on.. just tried turning them all off and back on. To no avail.

EDIT: Also, tried uninstall and then installing the .bar file. Didn't work either.

Maybe we just look like non-iOS user traffic and they'll strengthen their servers to support their "new android user" surge they just found?

If I remember correctly, NemOry a while back when he was changing his servers that it would appear to Snapchat as if Snap2Chat users were iPhone users.

This is what I see opening the camera, can't reverse the camera, record or even switch to regular picture.

I thought the camera issue was just an 10.3 issue... I have been having issues with my camera on Snap2chat because my camera isn't able to open because of the leak sometimes... restart works to fix it

If normal camera app doesn't work. Snap2Chat won't work too. It's common in 10.3 like me

Due to a memory leak that's present in the 10.3 leak. I had the problem too. No problems with crashing or camera on Z10STL100-3/10.2.1.2947

Also, do you know when the update will be pushed for headless on BBW? It's taking quite a while for them to push the update...

V1.1 will not only undergo BlackBerry World Approval but also Headless Team will review it if it's malicious or it drains battery. Maybe that's why it's taking lonf

Actually it does consume a lot of battery. It's way up there with system and display... I have it set to 60 seconds refresh

For me it only drains 0.1% headless. Don't keep it in active frame if you want more battery life

If you have the auto refresh set to 60 seconds, does that mean when it's closed it's refreshing every 60 seconds for headless notifications?

Yeah. That's exactly what it means.
So if you turn it off, you won't get notifications without opening the app and manually refreshing.

Have it refresh every 300 seconds aka 5 minutes or 600 aka 10 minutes or even 15 minutes.

No need to have it refresh every sixty seconds. That's insanely battery taxing.

Exactly. I don't even get that many snaps to need a sixty-second refresh interval and when I get them I'm usually at work so I can't really do anything about them till I get home.

Thanks for the shout out, Oliver! =D

Is anyone else experiencing another crashing problems wherein you send a snap, and it takes ages to be sent, so when you click the arrow to view the details of the upload, the entire app just crashes, and the snap never sends?

It happens not too often, but it happens. It gets really bad when it's a one in a million photo, and it never gets to send.
