In reading through Terms of Service for Instagram, Vine, and Snapchat, Snapchat's is the toughest. Instagram and Vine seem to just say use 3rd party apps at your own risk, Snapchat asks for written consent. I am still doubting very seriously that every 3rd party app that Nem0ry listed earlier got the written permission.

Just as I thought. BlackBerry doesn't want to risk the legal issues. You may be right about those other third-party clients not having permission, but it's up to the marketplace whether or not they want to take that risk. I understand BlackBerry's position entirely, even though I still wish we could see the app on BlackBerry World. Guess we need to petition SnapChat for said written consent. We can also try to petition BlackBerry to ask SnapChat for consent, as they might have better luck getting through to the right people.

the ones im iffy about are shared files, device identifying inofrmation, locations, and contact. The rest seem kind of obvious
