AT&T received another update today, and we are drill waiting. I love the Verizon cell signal, but hate their lack of at least communication about the updates. And with them being the only cdma carrier in the states... I should have expected it.

I just hope when 10.1 releases with the "Forever" email sync and other goodies, they don't wait an entire year. :-/

Finally an update. Base on log, it will fix my problem which is not releasing the camera hence blocking other camera app to be usable.

I find that if I go too quickly it stops taking the pic. I have to wait till the pic almost SNAPS into the frame if you know what I mean. After taking several in a row, it stops moving. An update would seem to be in order, I agree.

What is the free alternative app for panoramic photos?

Currently, I just use for panoramic photos the burst mode and stitch it on my computer using auto stitch.

That is the free way to do it. Lol. But 360 panorama just went on sale might be worth to buy it. I have used it so many times. It's quite awesome

All the permissions are granted.

I have done a search and it appears to be a know issue with it not working on the Z30. I purchased it after seeing For Z10 & Q10 devices with BlackBerry 10
(v10.0.0 or higher) on the website.

If you look at the reviews on BB World, there are plenty of comments about it not working on the Z30.

Appears that the developer has not replied to anyone who has posted about this issue.

I have also asked @Bla1ze to see if he can help with the issue. I Tweeted them and have had no response, so Bla1ze has done the same. As far as I am aware, he has not had a response either.

I have no problem using it with z30 on latest update of os. First pic didn't work but after I delete tried again it worked.

I have deleted and reinstalled the app.

I can open it up. When I click the button to take a picture, it appears in the grid lines, but not picture is taken when I pan the phone around.

I tweeted the developer. Received a reply today. There is a new version out 1.0.0.28 which I found as an update in BB App World. Have downloaded this and everything appears to be working correctly.

I think it may be my fault with the posting. I purchased the app from the BB World when I got my Z30 last month and had the issues. It was only when I sent a tweet to 360 Panoramic they said make sure I was running the latest version 1.0.0.28. So I went to BB World and the 1.0.0.28 update was available.

Looking on the page it has the following.

Released: May 1st, 2013

Rated:Teen

Can't work out how I could have installed an older version if this one was out last May?
