I know I'll have some people bashing me for this but it's a forum and this is my opinion. I'm not an Apple Fan boy but the Panorama on the iphone 5 is better. BBRY should have included Panorama on their standard camera. It's been built into Android for years and iPhone for a year.

The app won't release the camera. If I use this app then close it, open the native camera or any other camera app a message will pop and say that the camera is still in use

Hmmm never faced the issue, wondering how you reproduced it. is it happening always?
Also does it get released after sometime or how you get it resolved?

huge thanks goes out to the developer. I bought this as soon as it was released. (and come on guys, costs less then a Starbucks coffee or 2 Tim Hortons double double, not a big deal) Was super easy to use and I was impressed with what it can do. The 360 degree pics were so neat and I am constantly showing them off to my friends and users of those "other" platforms. Everyone so far has said, "Now THAT is cool" and left a good impression of the Z10 in thier minds. In fact, it was totally mindblowing to most people.

Probably it requires 10.0.10

Same problem with WhatsApp... but now WhatsApp pushed an update that Verizon's bb10 can download it too. You should email the developper to tell them about the problem

Just used the app twice and it happened twice too. Restarted the phone to fix it

Never happened to me... but I don't think you need to restart. just kill the app and wait a bit. BlackBerry should kill the process

Can you try something : kill the app and open the browser and open like 30 empty tabs to fill up the memory. I am just curious to see if that will force it to release the camera.

BTW what carrier and OS?

Has anyone emailed the developer to ask about making it available for us on VZW?
I will if no one else has. I really want to try this app! Going on vacation. Could use it.

EDIT: I just emailed them. Let's see what happens.
I have also called VZW twice. No one knows when we will receive an update.

Isn't it the carriers decision to allow it or not? I think the dev just submits it to BlackBerry for approval, not to the individual carriers.

I'm unsure about Verizons update planned. I called a tech, he wasn't aware, and in my device support page online it states "Update coming Soon" but doesn't say which version or when.

Verizon has ruined this experience for me. First my preorder was sent ground the day of release, then no update and no answers.
