Anyone else having problems? When I click it I get the black background with white letters for differing amounts of time then the app closes without pulling any articles. Soft reset did not fix.

I just tried mine and it is having the problem. It was working 90 minutes ago, so this in a new problem.

I sent an email to their tech support, we will see what happens. I love my phone but the three free articles a day is one of the great benefits of having a blackberry. I

After reading that you sent an email to tech support, I did too. The more messages they get, the more likely they are to work on the problem.

I just tried the app again and it is working now. When it first opened, a new user screen appeared asking me if I wanted to subscribe. I clicked continue and it went to the nyt. Then I closed the app and started over again. This time it opened and went straight to the articles.
