    So like if I hold the letter P on my keyboard it will change my notification to Phone Calls Only and then if I press V vibrate only and so on so forth...

    Am I clear or should I explain differently?

    No you can only set one key for notifications toggle notification modes and it change the mode to what u managed it to be in the notification settings
