In hopes to avoid posts regarding the landscape feature...
If you updated the application, opened it directly from the prompt in BBW, and went into the settings to enable landscape mode, it may appear that it does not work. I recommend closing the app for the settings to take effect, and then re-opening the app. Everything should work properly. A device restart was not required for me, just a simple close and re-opening worked.

Any setting with an asterisk to the right of its label does require an app restart. There's a header with a parenthetical note stating this. No setting/feature of Noted requires a device restart.
