    Is there a way around downloading apps that are not in your region, I have a friend that has a Samsung and he said that he got his phone jail broken and it worked

    No such thing as jail breaking an android... but anyhow. Are you referring to Apps found in BlackBerry World? If so, the best method would be to set up a vpn connection based in whichever region you want it to think you're In.

    If it's an android app, usually a 3rd party app store like 1mobile will have it.

    Thanks but I should have been clearer ,I have downloaded apps from mobile1 but they don't load up, apps like Crackle, when I go to open it, it would say not supported in your region

    Yes, then you definitely need a vpn service to trick it into thinking you're in another country. A google search for "vpn service blackberry 10" I'm sure will yield you some worthwhile reading.
